Directions

Infants and Toddlers (7 months -3 years): 100 mg (1/3 scoop)

Children (4-8 years): 130 mg ( 1/2 scoop)

Children (9-13 years): 240 mg (3/4 scoop)

Teen and Adults (14 years & up): Take  300 mg (approximately one scoop) of powder mixed in 8 ounces of water per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
